Elliott Kulakowski, Ph.D., MBA, FAHA, president and founder of the RAM Strategy Group, has over 30 years experience in research management.  Dr. Kulakowski co-edited the book, “Research Administration and Management.” 

 Dr. Kulakowski will participate in and have overall responsibility and conduct for all engagements.  Depending on the engagement, he may be assisted by one or more expert and experienced consultants.  The consultants utilized by the RAM Strategy Group  have extensive experience in research administration, clinical trials , regulatory compliance, technology management and corporate strategy.  While the skills of our consultants are very diverse and  complimentary, each member has a track record of success in research management and/or bringing new technology-based products to market and growing successful businesses.
