Research Administration and Management (RAM) Strategy Group, Inc. is an international consulting firm whose mission is to assist research institutions (colleges, universities, research hospitals, non-profit research institutes, government associated research laboratories and small research-based businesses) in research administration while seeking to reduce an institutions operating costs and potential liabilities, while allowing researchers to perform world class research.   

RAM Strategy Group was established on the basis that the research enterprise is growing and the environment is continually changing.  Institutions must continuously plan for the growth of research, maintain the administrative infrastructure necessary to support their research endeavors, have appropriate policies and procedures necessary to meet the ever changing landscape of regulatory compliance, and take full advantage of any intellectual property that results from its research.  

To meet these challenges, the RAM Strategy Group is committed:

2. To assist in managing and streamlining basic and clinical research administration,
3. To identify potential regulatory compliance issues, and
