Throughout his career, Mr. Orsini successfully demonstrated an ability to be a turnaround leader. He led struggling organizations and transformed them to organizations where highly talented people work effectively together to reach the company’s goals. Under his leadership these companies grew from poor market positions to positions of market dominance. During his career, Tom established and grew new direct sales representative organizations.
